1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on dk999game, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the dk999game platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by dk999game including but not limited to sports betting, football betting, esports betting, crash games, jackpot slots, fishing games, and the VIP Club. 2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use dk999game, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3Account Rules

Each player may hold only one dk999game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identities of others — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk999game username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. • Accounts left inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 500 unless the account balance is zero, in which case the account may be closed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on dk999game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). DK999Game does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. The following payment methods are supported:

Withdrawals at dk999game can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless a specific exception is approved by the dk999game compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players.

DK999Game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. For withdrawals above Rs 10,00,000, identity documentation including NIC and proof of payment ownership may be required. Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours. Winnings are released immediately upon successful verification.

5Bonuses & Promotions

DK999Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each promotion. Where a bonus offer does not specify individual terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any withdrawal can be requested, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your dk999game account, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, crash games 50%, sports betting 100%, and table games may contribute 10% or 0%.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• DK999Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on dk999game are final once confirmed. Before confirming any bet, please review the stake amount, selection, and odds or game parameters carefully. DK999Game will not reverse a bet placed in error by the player.

Specific betting rules for each product category are as follows:

• Sports Betting & Football Betting: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. In cases of dispute or ambiguity, the dk999game trading team's decision is final. Events voided by the organiser will be settled as void at dk999game.
• Crash Games: Game outcomes are generated by certified provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is determined before the round begins and is verifiable by any player using the in-game hash verification tool. DK999Game does not and cannot influence the outcome of any crash game round.
• Jackpot Slots & Fishing Games: All game outcomes are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Displayed RTP values are theoretical long-run figures.
• Esports Betting: Markets are settled based on the official result announced by the tournament organiser. Walk-overs, disqualifications, or disputed results are handled at the discretion of the dk999game trading team.

DK999Game reserves the right to void bets, restrict bet limits, or refuse bets at its sole discretion. This right is used sparingly and only where there is clear evidence of technical error, data feed error, or suspicious betting patterns.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk999game and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Creating more than one account at dk999game, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent restrictions or obtain multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage.

8Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dk999game platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any dk999game content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of dk999game intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10Limitation of Liability

DK999Game provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free service, dk999game does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11Account Closure

You may request closure of your dk999game account at any time by contacting customer support. Before an account is closed, all pending wagers will be settled, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

DK999Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed rule violations, any outstanding bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real money deposits net of any losses will be returned.

12Amendments to These Terms
